In an effort to promote a higher quality of patient care, our emergency response provider, McGregor Memorial EMS, has asked the town to make emergency
information cards available to its residents. Once filled out, these cards provide medical and prescription information and when placed on the refrigerator can easily be accessed by emergency responders. Should a
family transport one of their own, the copy can be brought with them to the emergency room to assist with admission paperwork.
The Selectmen believe this to be a valuable resource to its citizens and are making
copies available at the town office and downloadable below.
