RE: Snow Removal Parking Ordinance
In order to perform safe and prompt snow removal operations:
Parking on all streets and roads in the Town of Madbury is prohibited between the
dates of November 1 and April 1 during snow plowing and removal operations. Any vehicle so parked during the prohibited dates shall be subject to towing at owner’s risk and expense. The owner or
owners shall be required to pay all towing costs and fines levied before vehicle is released.
Placing of snow in Town Road Right-of-way during personal snow removal operations is prohibited.
Regulations
adopted November 2, 1987 by vote of the Board of Selectmen.
