		2011–2012 PCPO Teacher Contract Survey

	PCPO collects and distributes salary and benefit information every few years to aid teachers and presidents in salary negotiations. A high level of participation is needed to generate salary information that is truly representative of PCPO teacher salaries. Please complete the form after negotiating your 2011–12 contract. This information is kept strictly confidential. Once the data is entered, the salary information no longer is associated with a name or school, and the forms are shredded. Only composite information is sent PCPO member schools.
