PCPO collects and distributes salary and benefit information each year to aid teachers and presidents in contract negotiations. In order for the information to be accurate we need your help
in giving us complete data. We can present data that is truly representative of PCPO teachers only if we receive enough completed surveys. Both presidents and teachers should keep a copy of this form each
year in your personnel file, in order to chart progress toward individual teacher goals and for contract negotiation. Individual information will be kept strictly confidential. Please return one form per
teacher.
